DEBT SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT - CLARIFICATION
On 4 August 2014 Allied Farmers Limited (ALF) announced that it was selling
10 percent of the shares that its wholly owned subsidiary, Allied Farmers
Rural Limited (AFRL), owns in NZ Farmers Livestock Limited (NZFL) for $1
million, resulting in AFRL retaining 57 percent of NZFL.
ALF wishes to clarify that the reference to 10 percent of the shares in NZFL
was in relation to the total number of issued shares in NZFL. AFRL's holding
in NZFL reduced from 67 percent to 57 percent, being 15 percent of AFRL's
holding.
