Allied Farmers Limited (ALF) advises that it will shortly commence
distribution to shareholders of the attached following documentation in
relation to the Share Purchase Plan it announced on 28 April 2015:
 - Chairman's Letter
 - Share Purchase Plan Terms and Conditions; and
 - Application Form.

Also attached is ALF's Notice under clause 20 of Schedule 8 to the Financial
