ANZ National Bank Limited's ultimate parent company, Australia and New
Zealand Banking Group Limited ("ANZ") released its New Zealand Branch
Disclosure Statement for the nine months ended 30 June 2012, reporting an
improved performance for ANZ New Zealand.

ANZ New Zealand represents all of ANZ's operations in New Zealand, including
ANZ National Bank Limited, its parent company ANZ Holdings (New Zealand)
