GENERAL: ARG: Agreement to lease - 15 Stout St, Wellington

Argosy Property Limited has confirmed that the agreement to lease for the 15
Stout St property, that Argosy has under contract, has now been executed by
the Crown.

It is expected that all remaining conditions will be satisfied by 31 January.
Settlement is expected to occur in early March, 2013.
