Argosy Property Limited has been advised that the following properties have
been included in the shortlist for consideration by the Property Management
Centre of Excellence (PMCoE) for future government/crown agencies
accommodation options as part of the Wellington Accommodation Project -
Tranche 2:

- NZ Post House, 7 Waterloo Quay
- TSB Bank Tower, 46 Waring Taylor Street

It is expected that any final decision will be made by PMCoE in December
2014.
