Funds Management Update

Telecom (Spark) Building Syndication

Augusta Capital Limited's syndication of Building C, Telecom Place (Now Spark
City) in Auckland was launched on 24 July 2014. The company set out to raise
$39 million of equity to fund the $65.18 million purchase (the Company's
largest to date). We are pleased to advise that the acquisition was settled
on 29 September 2014 and as at today there is only $5.45 million in units
remaining available for sale for which enquiry remains positive and for which
there are a number of confirmed applications with settlements due over the
coming weeks. These units will be held by Augusta Capital pending completion
of the sale process and are accretive to the company's earnings while held.
