GENERAL: AUG: Southgate Sold Out. PMP Syndication Oversubscribed

As previously announced the Company retained a residual holding of units in
the Southgate Takanini syndication worth $12.45m at the time of settlement of
the transaction on 30 April 2015. The Company is pleased to advise that the
sell-down of those residual units is now complete. Settlement of the last
remaining units will take place by 1 August 2015.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the PMP syndicate offer closed
oversubscribed on 16 June 2015. The property settles today.
