GENERAL: AUG: Spark City syndication sold out

SPARK CITY SYNDICATION SOLD OUT

As previously announced the Company retained a residual holding of units in
the Spark City syndication worth $6.7m at the time of settlement of the
transaction on 29 September 2014. The Company is pleased to advise that the
sell-down of those residual units is now complete. Settlement of the last
remaining units will take place by 1 December 2014.
