Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to
notify the market of the following:
As at 29 February 2016, The Bankers Investment Trust PLC's capital consists
of  114,425,083 ordinary shares of 25p with voting rights and 106,756
shares held in Treasury without voting rights. On a poll members have one
vote for every ?1 in nominal value (ie four shares are required for one
vote).
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in The Bankers Investment Trust
PLC is 28,606,270 (one vote for every 4 shares held).
The above figure (28,606,270) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights
of The Bankers Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
