MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT
BLIS Technologies Limited - Share Purchase Plan and Private Placement
As previously advised to shareholders, BLIS Technologies Limited ("BLIS")
intends making an offer to its holders of ordinary shares under a Share
Purchase Plan ("SPP") and at the same time undertake a Private Placement of
ordinary shares to institutions and other non-public persons.
The SPP will enable each eligible New Zealand based shareholder to apply for
ordinary shares in BLIS up to $15,000.00 per shareholder. It is the
intention of Director's to issue up to 96,375,927 shares pursuant to the
Private Placement.
The board has determined that the price per share for the SPP and the Private
Placement will be $0.007.
Further details of the SPP will be provided to eligible shareholders shortly.
The record date for participation will be 28 September 2012.
Shares issued under the SPP and the Private Placement will rank equal with
all other ordinary shares on issue in BLIS and will participate equally in
all distributions declared after the date of issue.
