Barramundi portfolio stock Bravura Solutions ("Bravura") has today announced
that it has received an unsolicited, indicative, non-binding proposal from
Ironbridge Capital to acquire all of the outstanding shares and options in
Bravura.

The announcement from Bravura will have an effect on the Barramundi Net Asset
Value. Bravura was a 5% holding in the Barramundi portfolio as at the date of
the last Net Asset Value (26 June 2013).

The next Barramundi Net Asset Value will be released to the New Zealand Stock
Exchange on 1 July 2013.
