Subject : Bathurst Resources Limited ("BTU") change of Issuer Type
Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that Bathurst Resources Limited ("BTU") is
proposing to cease to be listed on the NZX Main Board as a Dual Listed Issuer
from market open on Monday, 1 July 2013. The last trading date for BTU
ordinary shares would be Thursday, 20 June 2013.
If the proposal proceeds, from market open on Friday, 21 June 2013 the assets
of BTU would begin trading under the new name "Bathurst Resources (New
Zealand) Limited" ("BRL"). BRL would be listed as a New Zealand Primary
Listed Issuer.
BRL would have a new ISIN of NZBRLE0001S4. The new ticker code would be BRL.
BRL would use the short trading name of Bathurst NZ.
This change is subject to Court and regulatory approvals, and the passing of
a resolution by BTU shareholders at a Special Meeting on Thursday, 13 June
2013.
If the proposal is approved by BTU shareholders, and the other conditions are
satisfied, the expected timetable is set out below.

BRL ordinary shares begin trading on a normal settlement basis - 1 July 2013
Bathurst Resources Limited (BTU) delists from NZX Main Board - 1 July 2013
