Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 12 June 2013 the
following nil-cost options and deferred share awards over ordinary 5p shares
in Caledonia were granted to executive directors under the Caledonia
Investments 2011 Performance Share Scheme (the "Performance Share Scheme")
and the Caledonia Investments 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "Deferred Bonus
Plan"). The company's share price used to determine the number of Performance
Share Scheme and Deferred Bonus Plan awards was 1802p.
