Amendment to Supplemental Trust Deed for CEN020 Bonds

Contact Energy Limited advises that minor amendments were made to the
Supplemental Trust Deed (Series 6) for the CEN020 bonds to facilitate the
offer of CEN030 bonds in reliance on the exclusion in clause 19 of schedule 1
to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.  The amendments took effect on 21
August 2015.
