Approval granted to AMP Capital Holdings Limited
Chorus has been advised by the Crown that AMP Capital Holdings Limited and
its related companies have been granted approval, should they choose to
exercise it in future, to acquire a relevant interest in 10% or more (but not
exceeding 15%) of Chorus shares.
Under Chorus' Constitution, Crown approval is required if a shareholder
wishes to be able to have the option of holding 10% or more of Chorus shares.
