GENERAL: CNU: ASX foreign exempt listing status

ASX has approved a change in Chorus' ASX admission category from an ASX
Listing to an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, effective from 1 March 2016.

The change means that Chorus will primarily be regulated by its home
exchange, NZX, and is exempt from complying with most of ASX's Listing Rules.

Chorus continues to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board and to be
listed on the ASX.
