Chorus full year results announcement and AGM dates

Chorus will release its full year results, for the twelve months ended 30
June 2014, prior to market opening on Monday 25 August 2014. A briefing will
be held at 10am (NZ time) and webcast live via www.chorus.co.nz/webcast.

Chorus has also scheduled its Annual Meeting of Shareholders for Wednesday,
29 October 2014 at 2pm in Wellington.
