Commission releases consultation paper on UCLL and UBA modelling

The Commission has today released a consultation paper outlining its proposed
view on the regulatory framework and modelling approach for unbundled
bitstream access (UBA) service and unbundled copper local loop (UCLL)
service.  A copy of the consultation paper is attached.

Submissions on the consultation paper are due on 6 August 2014.
