GENERAL: CNU: Commission releases UBA review process and issues paper
The Commerce Commission has today released a process and issues paper as part
of the final pricing principle (FPP) review of the Commission's initial
decision on the price Chorus can charge for the unbundled bitstream access
(UBA) service.
Submissions are due on 21 February. A draft determination is scheduled for 19
August 2014 with a final determination scheduled before 30 November 2014.
Submissions on the UCLL process and issues paper are due on 14 February.
A copy of the UBA process and issues paper is attached.
