Minister announces review assessor and terms of reference
The Minister for Communications and Information Technology has today
announced the terms of reference for the independent assessment of Chorus'
financial position and its capability to deliver on its contractual
obligations to Government. This follows the Commerce Commission's UCLL and
UBA decisions.
Ernst & Young Australia has been appointed as the independent assessor.
A copy of the Minister's announcement is attached.
