    Given the 3 year term I agree with you Stinky.
    But I'm prepared to wait until I see what the deal is before I vote.
    Basically for me to vote yes I will need a flow test announced. PPSA done and farm in announced otherwise....NO DEAL....probably.
    OH and a sp of 25c.
