    I agree with all the above however these are past events. The ‘incentive options’ are for future performance, above salaries etc. Therefore we need to see real performance to justify granting them.
    -PPSA
    -flow test and deepening
    -2 years of finance
    -plan for 2-3 wells across the basin

    The above will justify granting incentives.
