Clarification of record date for Rights Offer
It has come to the attention of Chatham Rock Phosphate (Chatham Rock) that
there is a minor error in the cleansing notice released to the market this
morning relating to the record date for its renounceable rights offer opening
on Thursday, 16 April 2015 (Rights Offer).
The cleansing notice announcement released this morning stated that the
record date for the Rights Offer was Friday 10 April 2014. The correct record
date for the Rights Offer is Thursday, 16 April 2015, as noted in the Offer
Document, Appendix 4 notice and Quotation Notice pertaining to the Rights
Offer.
