NZX Market Announcement
As announced this morning the special resolution of option holders was passed
at the option holder special meeting last night.
As a result the terms of issue of the CRPOB options have now been amended to
permit the CRP Board to exchange all such options on issue for shares. This
will occur on a 7 options for 1 new share basis.
An appendix four release accompanies this announcement giving details of the
exchange. Prior to the exchange taking effect the options will enter a
trading halt on 4 August. This will allow any final trades to settle prior to
the record date for the exchange of 7 August. The exchange will then take
effect and the new shares will be issued to option holders (as recorded on
the register on the record date) on 10 August.
