Message:
Further to the announcement made by Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited ("CRP")
earlier today, NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the exercise price on the
Chatham Rock Phosphate $0.70 Options ("CRPOB") has been reset to $0.688 with
effect from 28 March 2014.
The exercise reset price will be reflected in the Trading System from market
open on Monday, 31 March 2014.
