GENERAL: CVT: Comvita to enter the S&P/NZX 50
Global natural health products company, Comvita (NZX:CVT) is to enter the
S&P/NZX50.
Comvita Chairman Neil Craig said, "S&P/NZX 50 Index inclusion is another
positive step forward for Comvita on our journey to becoming a truly global,
natural health products company. Recently, we affirmed our strategic plan to
deliver $400m of revenue by 2020, and index inclusion will increase our
relevancy to New Zealand and offshore investors."

potential in delivering naturally sourced health products to the world. Index
inclusion is also rewarding for our existing, very loyal shareholder base who
have supported Comvita over many years. We look forward to further
opportunities to grow value for them."
The S&P Dow Jones Indices announced that it will remove Diligent Corporation
from the S&P/NZX Indices, subject to shareholder approval of its acquisition
by Insight Venture Partners.
Comvita will replace Diligent on the S&P/NZX 50, S&P/NZX 50 Portfolio Index
and the S&P/NZX MidCap Index. This will occur after the close of trading on
13 April 2016.
