NOTICE TO NZX UNDER LISTING RULE 7.6.2

The Board of Comvita Limited advises that the company intends to redeem
10,000 partly paid ordinary shares from Comvita Share Scheme Trustee Limited,
pursuant to the terms of the Comvita Limited Partly Paid Share Scheme.

The redemption is to occur on Thursday 9 October 2014.
