NOTICE TO NZX UNDER LISTING RULE 7.6.2

The Board of Comvita Limited advises that the company intends to redeem
161,250 partly paid ordinary shares from Comvita Share Scheme Trustee
Limited, pursuant to the terms of the Comvita Limited Partly Paid Share
Scheme.

The redemption is to occur on Friday 10 April 2015.
