Delegat's Group Limited has confirmed that its bankers, Westpac, have, as a
result of its sustained performance, formally advised the Group that it
intends to release security held over all their NZ$193 million of facilities.
The Delegat's/Westpac relationship will move to an unsecured, negative pledge
basis, endorsing the strong, consistent financial performance of the Group..
This development is in addition to the extended maturity dates to July 2015
of the Group's facilities.
