DELEGAT GROUP LIMITED - MARKET UPDATE
HALF YEAR RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT
The Group's global case sales for the 6 months were 1,129,000 up 4% on last
year. Operating Net Profit After Tax for the period is forecast to be $20.5
million up 1% on last year. The Group's Reported Net Profit After Tax in
accordance with IFRS is forecast to be $9.8 million compared with $17.8
million in the prior comparable period. Reported Net Profit After Tax is
lower than the prior period by $8.0 million primarily due to IFRS fair value
adjustments to the valuation of the Group's derivative instruments.
Global case sales for the full year are forecast to be 2,205,000 up 9% on
last year as detailed in the Annual Report. The Group reiterates its guidance
that forecast full year Operating Net Profit After Tax remains in line with
market consensus of $34 million up 9% on last year. No guidance is provided
for full year Reported Net Profit After Tax as fair value changes on
derivative instruments cannot be forecast.
Delegat Group Limited will release its actual unaudited results for the 6
months ended December 2014 to the market on Friday 27 February 2015.
