Diligent Board Member Services, the world's leading provider of Board
Portals, is proud to announce the signing of Mon Health Systems as its 1000th
client. Diligent now supports more than 1,026 clients, 1,500 boards and
27,500 users of its Diligent Boardbooks portal.  In Q4, Diligent added 203
new clients, in multiple industry segments including; Banking, Consumer
Products, Credit Unions, Education, Energy, Financial Services, Insurance,
Manufacturing, Mining, Mutual Funds, Not-Profit, Retail, Technology,
Telecommunications, Utilities, and Healthcare.

Diligent Board Member Services' 1,000th client, Mon Health Systems, Inc. of
Morgantown, West Virginia, represents yet another Healthcare company using
the Diligent board portal.
