Diligent to Announce Full Year 2014 Results on March 2, 2015 (NZDT)
Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the
Fiscal Year ended December 31, 2014 on Monday, March 2, 2015 NZDT (Sunday,
March 1, 2015 US ET). The results will be issued before 9:00 a.m. NZDT (3:00
p.m. US ET, Sunday, March 1).
