Diligent to announce First Quarter 2014 Results on June 20, 2014
Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the
Fiscal Quarter ended March 31, 2014 on Friday, June 20, 2014 NZET (Thursday,
June 19, 2014 USET). The results will be issued before 9:00 a.m. NZST (5:00
p.m. US ET, Thursday, June 19).
