Diligent to announce Second Quarter 2014 Results on August 8, 2014 (NZST)
Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. ("Diligent" or the "Company") (NZX: DIL)
today announced that it intends to release its financial results for the
Fiscal Quarter ended June 30, 2014 on Friday, August 8, 2014 NZST (Thursday,
August 7, 2014 USET). The results will be issued before 9:00 a.m. NZST (5:00
p.m. USET, Thursday, August 7).
