NOTIFICATION OF ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES - OPTIONS

For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZX Main Board/Debt Market
Listing Rules, Diligent Board Member Services, Inc. (DIL) advises that the
following securities have been issued:
