GENERAL: DIL: Updated Q&A and Documents to Accompany Proxy Statement
The attached document includes the updated Q&A regarding currency payment
instructions, along with the letter to shareholders and bank details request
form which will be posted to shareholders along with the Definitive Proxy
Statement.
The updated Q&A plus Definitive Proxy Statement (including Notice of Meeting)
dated March 14 should be reviewed by shareholders in connection with the
Special Meeting.
The updated Q&A provides new information relating to the need for elections
to convert the merger consideration into New Zealand dollars and replaces
information on this topic provided in the Company's Q&A dated March 7.
