MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT
EBOS GROUP LIMITED (EBO) ADVISES:
o Bank Facilities
EBOS has laid the foundations for future growth by entering into a new
syndicated finance facility with its long term banking partner ANZ National
Bank Limited and with the Bank of New Zealand Limited, a logical choice being
the long term banking partner of Masterpet. Under the new facility the Group
will have approximately $135 million of non current borrowings with
additional unutilised borrowing facility of $70 million. These facilities
have staggered expiry dates from August 2014 to August 2016. Whilst there
has been no major change in the overall group bank debt levels, the new
syndicated facilities provide for greater flexibility for future growth.
o Full Year Profit Announcement
EBOS will announce its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2012 to the
Market on Tuesday, 21 August 2012.
o AGM
EBOS will be holding its 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on
Thursday, 25 October 2012, the venue and time will be advised in the Notice
of Meeting.
o Director Nominations
For the purpose of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the opening date for nominations
of directors is 6 August 2012 and the closing date is 27 August 2012. All
nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.
