GENERAL: EBO: EBOS Onelink signs agreement with Health Benefits Limited
EBOS subsidiary Onelink signs services agreement with Health Benefits Limited

EBOS is pleased to advise that its Onelink subsidiary has signed a services
agreement with Crown-owned company, Health Benefits Ltd (HBL) to provide the
warehousing and distribution of medical and non-medical consumables across
the national public hospital network and similarly pharmaceutical
distribution to certain public hospitals.
EBOS managing director Mark Waller says the agreement is recognition by the
Crown of the expertise and further efficiencies Onelink can deliver for the
benefit of the health system and taxpayers.
"Onelink will be incentivised to introduce further efficiencies throughout
the term of the contract which will deliver further benefits for taxpayers."
Onelink will work in partnership with healthAlliance FPSC Limited, a Crown
shared service agency, which will assume ownership and procurement of the
product stream to be distributed through the Onelink logistics network to all
20 DHBs.
Onelink currently supplies healthcare consumables to a number of DHBs
nationally. It has been successfully servicing this market for 20 years.
Further synergies are expected to be realised in Onelink's business once the
HBL contract is fully operative.
