MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT
EBOS GROUP LIMITED (EBO) ADVISES:
Full Year Profit Announcement
EBOS will announce its annual results for the year ended 30 June 2013 to the
Market on Tuesday, 20 August 2013.
AGM
EBOS will be holding its 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on
Tuesday, 22 October 2013, the venue and time will be advised in the Notice of
Meeting.
Determination of Non Independence of Directors
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.3 the EBOS Board confirms, and as
set out in the Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders and Explanatory
Memorandum held on 14 June 2013 that Stuart McGregor and Peter Williams
appointed at that meeting, are determined as Non Independent Directors.
Directors Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, the opening date for nominations
of directors is 8 August 2013 and the closing date is 23 August 2013. All
nominations must be received by 4pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at
the Annual Meeting and should be addressed to:
