GENERAL: FBU: Plasterboard Supply Inquiry Completed

Commerce Commission completes inquiry into plasterboard supply arrangements

Auckland, 22 December 2014 -

Fletcher Building has today been advised that the Commerce Commission will
not be taking any action in relation to the plasterboard supply arrangements
between Winstone Wallboards and building supplies merchants.  The Commerce
Commission's decision is the result of an investigation which commenced in
September 2013.

Fletcher Building Chief Executive Officer Mark Adamson said:
