GENERAL: FSF: Update to ASX Appendix 3A.1

Fonterra Shareholders' Fund has updated the attached Appendix 3A.1
Notification of dividend/distribution which was previously submitted to the
ASX as required by the ASX listing rules.

This update was to add the AUD exchange rate used for the Distribution
Reinvestment Plan.

Dates and times referred to in this Appendix are Australian Eastern Standard
