NOTIFICATION OF ALLOTMENT OF SECURITIES
For the purposes of NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.1, GeoOp Limited (NZX: GEO)
advises the following securities have been issued:

(c) Issue price: Warrants were issued on the basis of one warrant for
every three shares subscribed for in the Placement. Warrants were issued to
participants in the Placement for nil consideration.

(f) Percentage of the total class of securities after issue (excl.
Treasury Stock): 100%
(g) Reason for the issue: To provide future capital for investment in
GeoOp's growth strategy

(i) Terms of the issue: Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe
for one GeoOp ordinary share at the exercise price of $0.48 by 5.00pm (New
Zealand time) on either of 30 April 2016, 31 July 2016 or 31 October 2016.
