GENERAL: GFF: Goodman Fielder Limited to be removed from the S&P/ASX 200
INDEX ANNOUNCEMENT
Goodman Fielder Limited to be removed from the S&P/ASX 200
Sydney, February 24, 2015: S&P Dow Jones Indices announced today that it will
remove Goodman Fielder Limited (ASX: GFF) from the S&P/ASX 200, subject to
shareholder and final court approval of the proposed scheme of arrangement
under which the company will be acquired by Wilmar International Limited and
First Pacific Company Limited.
S&P Dow Jones Indices will remove Goodman Fielder Limited from the S&P/ASX
200 after the close of trading on March 3, 2015. Goodman Fielder Limited will
be replaced by Medibank Private Limited (ASX: MPL) in the S&P/ASX 200 after
the close of trading on March 3, 2015.
