GFNZ GROUP LIMITED
ALLOCATES SHARE OPTIONS TO KEY EXECUTIVE

The Board of NZAX-listed auto loan provider GFNZ Group Ltd (GFNZ) yesterday
allocated share options to key executive staff under the "Executive Share
Option Plan". This allocation was approved by shareholders at the 30 August
2011 Annual General Meeting.

The key terms of the options issued being:
oThe options allow the holder to acquire 1 share in GFNZ Ltd at 5.00 cents
per share.
oThe term of the options are three years from the date of issue (31st July
2012)
oThe options confer no voting rights or dividend rights until converted to
shares.
oThe options (unless already exercised) will be forfeited if the employee
ceases to be employed by the GFNZ.

Under this allotment, 12,500,000 options were issued including 9,000,000 to
the Managing Director, David O'Connell
