GENERAL: GMB: GMT Debt Facility Update

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of Goodman Property Trust ("GMT" or
"Trust"), has secured a new $100 million standby facility from ANZ subject to
usual commercial conditions precedent.

Goodman (NZ) Limited's Chief Financial Officer, Andy Eakin, said, "The new
facility provides the Trust with additional flexibility as we approach the
first expiry of the Goodman+Bonds programme."
