GENERAL: GMT: GMT Banking Syndicate
Goodman (NZ) Ltd, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, has announced a
change in the composition of the banking syndicate that provides the Trust's
$600 million main debt facility.
Kiwibank are leaving the syndicate of banks after more than five years'
lending to GMT.
Andy Eakin, Chief Financial Officer of Goodman NZ, said "'Kiwibank have been
a very supportive lending partner to the Trust, committing to the business at
a time when global credit markets were stressed and corporate lending was
difficult to secure. They have helped fund the growth of our business,
providing $30 million of debt capacity."
The remaining syndicate members ANZ, BNZ, CBA and Westpac will increase their
funding to $150 million each as a result of the change. There are no other
variations to the terms or conditions of the main bank facility.
