GENERAL: GMT: GMT Completes Debt Refinancing

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of Goodman Property Trust ("GMT" or
"Trust") is pleased to announce that the Trust's main bank facility has been
refinanced on competitive new terms.

Goodman (NZ) Limited's Chief Financial Officer, Andy Eakin, said, "We are
extremely pleased to have refinanced our lending facilities with the existing
banking syndicate. The new facility, together with the recent retail bond
issue, have improved the expiry profile of the Trust's debt facilities,
extending the remaining term across all facilities out to 3.5 years."
