GENERAL: GMT: GMT Trust Deed Updated

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT is pleased to advise that GMT's
governing Trust Deed has been amended with the approval of the Trustee.

The changes permit GMT to take advantage of:

- More streamlined financial reporting
- Greater use of electronic communication

A copy of the updated Trust Deed has been provided to the NZX and is
available on GMT's website, www.goodman.com/nz, under the Corporate
Governance heading in the About Us section.
