GENERAL: GMT: Goodman (NZ) Limited - New Services Agreement
Goodman (NZ) Limited as Manager of Goodman Property Trust, advises that with
the approval of the GMT Trustee, it has entered into a new agreement, for 5
years, with Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited for the continued
provision of property and ancillary services on terms and conditions
consistent with the existing agreement which was last renewed in 2009 and
which expires on 31 May 2014.
