GENERAL: GMT: Unit Purchase Plan Subscription Price Confirmed

Further to the announcement of 30 November 2012, Goodman (NZ) Limited is
pleased to confirm that the subscription price for the Unit Purchase Plan
currently being offered is $1.00 per unit.

Eligible, New Zealand resident Unitholders who would like to participate in
the offer are reminded that applications need to be received prior to the
close of the offer at 5pm on 31 December 2012. Units acquired under the UPP
are expected to be allotted on or about 8 January 2012.

The non-renounceable offer is capped at $30 million and may be subject to
scaling.
